As island residents with extensive backgrounds in both caretaking and hospitality, our journey to founding Dunbar Property Management has been a natural progression fueled by passion and expertise. Transitioning from demanding bartending hours to roles within property management companies, we honed our skills and garnered invaluable experience. In March of 2022, we embarked on our own venture, Dunbar, assembling a team of exceptional subcontractors and support staff, including the Town of Nantucket Fire Safety Officer, subcontractors and skilled mechanics. Our commitment to honesty, responsiveness, and reliability forms the foundation of our service ethos, ensuring that every client receives dedicated attention and effective solutions.
